The Virginia Professional Firefighters (VPFF) will host the 2026 D. Duane Dixon Educational Conference with the IAFF Partnership Education Program (PEP) on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026 in Virginia Beach, VA. All PEP workshops are designed to be interactive and engage students and will be delivered by IAFF PEP instructors who have a vast amount of union knowledge and skills.
